Dr. Kong Sing Huey (Gloria) is the director of Kong Dental Surgery (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. She has been practising dentistry since 2001 after graduating from Queen’s University Belfast, U.K with a Bachelor’s degree in Dental Surgery. Dr. Kong is a registered general dentist in Singapore, Malaysia and the United Kingdom. She is currently in the midst of completing her postgraduate studies (MJDF).
Apart from her interest in jaw growth modification among young children and teenagers, Dr Kong has experience in aesthetic dentisty, dental implants, wisdom tooth removal, orthodontic treatment (braces), gum treatment and root canal treatment. She attended the implant course organised by Osstem Singapore, which had a six months duration. Dr. Kong also graduated from the “Comprehensive Orthodontic Programme” ran by the Singapore Dental Association.
龚欣惠医生是龚氏牙外科（新加坡）私人有限公司的总裁。她自2001年以来便投入牙医的专业领域。她毕业自于英国BELFAST女王大学。从英国归来后，她自2001年至2002年在柔佛州总医院——SULTANAH AMINAH医院实习。
之后她便毅然投身新加坡的私人实习领域，并在那里汲取到宝贵的经验，尤其是牙齿美容、植牙、拔智慧齿、齿颚矫正（牙箍）、牙龈治疗、根管治疗等专项。她参与了由新加坡OSSTEM所举办的植牙课程，为期6个月。龚欣惠医生也考获新加坡牙科协会主办的“全面齿颚矫正课程”毕业证书。
她目前是新加坡、马来西亚和英国的注册牙医。她刚于2010 年三月完成研究所考试（MJDF）的第一部分，并将参加最终的考试。
放下繁忙的工作，闲暇之余的龚医生喜爱旅游、音乐，与家人共享天伦。如有时间，她偶尔也会弹琴作乐。在大学生涯里，她同时考取了钢琴演奏 ( ATCL, DIPLOMA )的文凭。
