Dr Low Peng Koon graduated from National University of Singapore with a Bachelor’s degree in Dental Surgery. Subsequently, he obtained his Masters in Dental Surgery (Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery). Dr Low has served as a part time senior adjunct registrar to NUS, Dept of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery. He is also a visiting oral surgeon to Jurong General Hospital. His area of interest is implant surgery and is a faculty member of Osstem. Apart from being a trainer for Astra Tech Dental Implant System, Dr. Low conducts lectures for both the public and the general dental practitioners concerning minor oral surgeries and implant procedures.
刘柄坤医生1987年毕业于新加坡国立大学牙医系，并于1995年考获牙医外科（口腔与颌面外科）硕士学位。从那时起他便展现多方面的卓越才能，如分别于1997年和2010年在新加坡武装部队担任口腔外科医生，以及在新加坡国立大学的口腔与颌面外科部门担任顾问师。他目前是裕廊综合医院及多家私人牙科诊所的客座专科医生。此外，他也是全球牙科顾问私人有限公司的总裁。
在口腔外科这块领域，刘柄坤医生最擅长于植牙。除了作为OSSTEM培训机构的培训师之一，他也是ASTRA技术牙科植牙系统的培训师。另外，他亦擅长其他的植入系统，如NOBLEBIOCARE、STRAUMAN、ANKYLOS及LIFECORE等。
刘医生也为公众和牙科医生举办讲座，主题围绕在小型口腔手术和植牙程序。他活跃于本地及海外的专业舞台，绽放久经历练的光芒。
